3. What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy for most items. You can return your purchase within 30 days after delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page.


4. How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can still return the item after delivery.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes to the shipping address before the order has been processed for shipping. After that, we are unable to make any modifications.
